Now here is a new ‘fashion’ magazine that we’re looking forward to diving into = Cherry Bombe Magazine. Created by Kerry Diamond and Claudia Wu, who previously worked together at Harper’s Bazaar. They went their separate ways Kerry embarking on a restaurant career (as well as keeping a foot in the fashion and beauty industry) and Claudia opening up her own graphic design company and indie publication Me Magazine. Now they have joint forces again and Cherry Bombe has just been published.
“Cherry Bombe is a beautifully designed, biannual indie magazine that celebrates women and food—those who grow it, make it, serve it, study it, enjoy it and everything in between. It is about sustenance and style and the things that nourish the mind, the eye and, of course, the stomach.
Cherry Bombe features a variety of cultures, cuisines and voices—chefs and servers, food stylists and scientists, culinary icons and up-and-coming entrepreneurs—as documented by some of the most interesting food and fashion writers and photographers around.
Almost all of the subjects and contributors are women.”
