LA – Amour Pour Le Papier is a series of exclusive notebooks
conceived and designed by LA Graphic Design (That’s us!).
The debut fall 2010 collection of 3 different coloured notebooks, handbound
and printed on environmentally friendly paper in Denmark, is set in a
scale of subtle and thoroughly handpicked shades consisting of Pale Powder Rose, Archival Ash & Nighttime Turquoise.
LA – Amour Pour Le Papier is made with love for paper, to help you keep track
of all your memories, experiences, thoughts, poems, drawings, genius-late-night-ideas
and might remind you of another time where things went by with another pace.
When streams of thoughts were carefully kept on paper and treasured forever,
passed on, or ritually burned.
Hopefully LA – Amour Pour Le Papier will become synonymous with love,
thoughtful quality and poetic ideas as the collection expands further in 2010/2011,
with a new range of products and artefacts designed to inspire
and nourish your fruitful imagination.
LA – Amour Pour Le Papier is available now at Line&Jo Boutique, Stylepaste.com and Norse Projects.

What do you dream about? What do you mean, I can’t dream. Ofcourse you can, you just make it up.
Claire Clark – who is considered one of the world’s best pastry chefs – has opened a ‘pop-up’ mini-patisserie at London’s Harvey Nichols Fifth Floor (home to all their food departments) This is the first time her cakes will be available for the public, who hasn’t dined at Claridges, The Ritz, The Wolseley and other places where she has worked. Read more about it here, but if you’re in London, stop reading now, and get over there, she has set out to “revolutionize” the Afternoon Tea concept ………..
Some of the cakes on the menu will be:
Bubblegum Marshmallow Pavlova
Rose and Raspberry Éclair
Pistachio, Passion Fruit Pain de gene
Lemon Madeira Cake
Jaffa Cake Macaroon
Warm Chocolate Cherry Cake
Peanut Butter S’Mores
